Sharon oversees IT, HR and finance, ensuring the smooth and effective running of the company. She has over 12 years’ experience in business and operations management within health and social care.
Sharon was a founding member of the Tudor Reilly team in 2007 and has been instrumental in the company’s growth. Her calm, diplomatic and positive outlook is always appreciated, especially during challenging times!
Sharon started her career with Buckinghamshire County Council as a session worker providing advice, guidance and support to young offenders and young families.
