Clinical trial websites
We develop websites dedicated to individual clinical research studies and study programmes; either as online brochures to raise study awareness, or – combined with pre-screener questionnaires – as a means of online referral, contributing to patient screening and enrolment at study sites.
Geo-targeted online advertising
All our websites are optimised for online search engines from launch. Thereafter, we’ll run a geo-targeted online advertising campaign to raise the site’s visibility; typically through ethically-approved Google, Bing and Facebook advertisements in countries where these tactics have the greatest impact.
We devise a wide range of creative and engaging communications materials to raise clinical trial awareness among patients and families, and to support informed consent. The materials range from posters, leaflets and flyers, to e-books, animated videos and study apps.
We produce a variety of clinical trial materials for outreach to healthcare professionals (HCPs) based close to study sites. These range from study-specific brochures and leaflets to lunch & learn slide decks and inclusion-exclusion cards.
Patient group outreach
Through our global associate network, we connect with patient groups in most countries we operate in, across many therapeutic areas. The resulting endorsement of a clinical trial through ethically-approved copy or a link on a trusted patient group website can more than triple patient lead generation compared to paid advertising.
Site support and tracking
We complement our online patient referrals with induction training for study sites and regular liaison with study site co-ordinators to ensure full engagement with the initiative and prompt follow-ups with trial candidates. For some projects, we also provide a double-validation of patient leads through follow-up phone interviews.
Study apps and text alerts
For more demanding, hard-to-recruit clinical trials, a dedicated study app for smartphones and tablet computers promotes recruitment, retention and compliance. We design and build engaging patient-facing apps that can incorporate everything from study design, customisable calendars and timelines to text alerts, medication and visit reminders, and mobile-friendly games.
For inexperienced or overworked study sites, we offer site optimisation support through our international network of contracted clinical research associates (CRAs). Our associates can provide administrative advice and support, and investigate opportunities for site outreach to potential HCP-referrers.
